Question 4 - What does Montgomery County need to do to achieve Vision Zero, eliminating traffic deaths and serious injuries?

Transcript: I fully support Vision Zero, the Vision Zero plan. I think that we need to do everything we can to make sure that we have zero deaths, traffic deaths, in Montgomery County. And I think that we need to look at speed limits, we need to look at intersections, we need to look at crosswalks, and the plan provides a lot of really great ideas. Some of them are very costly but some of them are really low-hanging fruit, and I think we just need to systematically go through the Vision Zero plan and adopt the things that we can and short-term and long-term.
