Sign up for More Housing NOW hearings on March 11

Sign-up is now open for More Housing N.O.W. hearings! The following four bills will have hearings at 1:30pm and 7:00pm on March 11:

The package also includes an additional $4 million in first-time homebuyer downpayment assistance, which will be considered separately as part of budget deliberations.

How to sign up

You can sign up for one bill and state at the beginning of your testimony that you are sharing testimony on the entire More Housing N.O.W. package, or sign up for more than one bill.

Expediting planning review for office-to-residential conversions

  • 1:30PM: Subdivision Regulation Amendment (SRA) 25-01, Administrative Subdivision - Expedited Approval Plan

  • 7:00PM: Subdivision Regulation Amendment (SRA) 25-01, Administrative Subdivision - Expedited Approval Plan

PILOTs (payment in lieu of taxes) for office-to-residential conversions

  • 1:30PM: Expedited Bill 2-25, Taxation - Payments in Lieu of Taxes - Affordable Housing Amendments
