Question 1: The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments projects that Montgomery County’s population will increase by 200,000 over the next 30 years. How should the county prepare for future growth?

Transcript: Hello. I'm Daniel Koroma, and as you can see, I'm in the neighborhood with the amazing leaders here in Montgomery County. And there are three ways I believe we can grow Montgomery County for the future. The first is make sure that we attract businesses that would provide the jobs that would pay local residents higher wages. The second is provide housing to ensure housing is affordable. We need to make sure that we have programs, but also incentives. When housing has been built and make it more affordable at all eligible income level. And third, we need to make sure our school system prepare the future generation for a career or a job and invest in Montgomery College campus in the East County.
